Logistics & Fulfillment Policy

1. Dispatch Center

All orders are processed and dispatched from our primary hub in West Drayton, Middlesex. Our logistical team operates Monday through Friday to ensure consistent throughput.

2. Fulfillment Timeline

Standard processing takes 24 to 48 hours. During high-demand periods (seasonal launches), processing may extend to 72 hours. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

3. Shipping Tiers (United Kingdom)

• Standard Tracked (3-4 Business Days): £3.50 or FREE on orders over £45.
• Premium Express (1-2 Business Days): £5.95 (Order must be placed before 11 AM).

4. International Freight

We provide global shipping via DPD and FedEx. Estimated delivery for EU countries is 5-8 business days; Rest of World 7-12 business days. Note: Import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Delivery Failure & Re-routing

If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the carrier will return it to our Middlesex facility. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs and a £5.00 restocking fee.
