Q: How secure is the TrueLayer checkout process?
A: Security is embedded in our DNA. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your session. All financial transactions are handled via Stripe, a leading PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider. TrueLayer Clothing Ltd never has access to your raw credit card information.
Q: Can I modify an order after it has been placed?
A: To maintain our rapid dispatch times, orders are sent to our Middlesex fulfillment center within 45 minutes. If you need to make changes, contact us via phone or email immediately. Once an order is “In Fulfillment,” we cannot modify addresses or item sizes.
Q: What materials are used in your “Tech-Comfort” line?
A: We use a proprietary blend of 85% Micro-Modal and 15% Elastane for our core line, featuring anti-microbial treatments and sweat-wicking properties. All materials are OEKO-TEX certified for skin safety.
Q: Do you offer tracking for all shipments?
A: Yes. Every TrueLayer order is assigned a unique tracking ID once it leaves West Drayton. You will receive an automated dispatch notification with a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.
